QR codes can be printed for each apartment, making it easy to access the list for each unit. The app includes a photo proof feature, where users can photograph the problem, assign it, and then approve or reject the after photo sent by the subcontractor.

The app supports 32 languages, allowing users to view the list in their preferred language. It also includes features such as offline work, satellite map showing photo locations, easy access to plans, permits, and specs, and one-tap updates via text, WhatsApp, email, or PDF report.

Punchlee is ideal for contractors, remodelers, home builders, installers, property managers, and others who need to manage job completion. The first job is free for 30 days, with a PRO version available for unlimited jobs and features at $8.99 a month or $89.99 a year.
