What is AECify?

AECify is construction management software for contractors, inspectors, and engineering firms, typically teams of 1 to 30 people. It keeps inspections, RFIs, submittals, change orders, bidding, pay applications, scheduling, and project documents in one workspace.

Pro is $149 per user per month ($1,490 per user per year). Teams is $447 per month for 5 users. Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial and no credit card. There is no free plan. Pricing is published at https://aecify.com/pricing.

Inspections use checklists, photos, and PDF reports, and they keep working when the phone is offline. An AI pass on a photo can flag safety and compliance issues. RFIs get a sequential number, a ball-in-court owner, routing, and a full history. Submittals go through one or more reviewers, and revisions are kept. Change orders record scope, cost, and schedule impact and link back to the RFI or file that started them. Bidding covers invitations, addenda, and side-by-side comparison. Approved pay applications can sync to QuickBooks Online.

An assistant named ArtI answers building-code questions. A separate spec-review tool answers questions from an uploaded spec book and cites the section and page.
