What is Pudding?

Pudding is a web-based hiring-assessment service for organizations. Hiring teams define role-specific engagements in which candidates complete take-home deliverables using their own tools, or participate in a screenshare-only walkthrough. Submissions can be anonymized before review.

The service records live candidate screenshares and uses an AI agent to ask questions about the reasoning behind the work. Candidates retain ownership of their deliverables, while hirers receive a limited license to review them for assessment. Pudding also administers candidate honoraria through prepaid credits and Stripe-based payouts.
