What is Proximity Coaching?
A coaching conversation, available whenever you need one. And a real human in your corner every two weeks. Proximity Coaching combines two things that rarely exist together: AI coaches trained on thousands of hours of work by Dr. John Schinnerer and Joree Rose, LMFT — available any time, day or night — and live biweekly group coaching calls where real humans show up with you, for you.
Most coaching platforms give you one or the other. An app that talks at you. Or a calendar invite you can only afford once a month. Proximity was built because neither of those alone is enough.
The AI coaches — Proxi He and Proxi She — aren't chatbots. They're built on the frameworks, research, and methods developed by John and Joree across 30+ years of combined clinical and coaching work. When you talk to Proxi He, it responds the way John would: naming the pattern, asking one sharp question, offering a reframe, giving you something concrete to act on. Proxi She brings Joree's warmth, depth, and mindfulness-forward approach to women navigating the same inner terrain.
The live calls are where the work gets witnessed. Biweekly group sessions with John and Joree — real coaching, in real time, with a community of people who are doing the same hard thing you are.
The AI meets you in the moments that don't wait for a scheduled appointment. The late night. The morning before a hard conversation. The middle of a week when something's off and you can't name it yet. The live calls give you the thing no AI can replicate: the experience of being seen, heard, and held accountable by another human being.
Together, that's something new.
