    Because it's not a personal homepage, it's an RSS feed reader. A personal homepage is like a heads up display with various columns filled with RSS feed material packaged as widgets that you can move around on the screen that has nothing to do with a standard RSS feed reader which is what Feedly and Inoreader are.
