Proplanum

Proplanum is employee scheduling and time tracking software for shift-based businesses: retail chains, hotels, restaurants, leisure venues, factories, warehouses and healthcare providers. Rotas are built by hand, from templates or, from the Premium plan, automatically from staffing rules, crew rotation included. With footfall data from tills, POS or a hotel system, staffing follows demand hour by hour, and the manager adjusts and approves the ready rota.

Before publishing, the system checks ten Labour Code rules; each business sets its own thresholds and chooses a warning or a block. Employees clock in on their phone or on a tablet kiosk, request leave and swap shifts in the app. Planned and actual hours sit side by side for every location, and the result goes to nine payroll systems.

From USD 3.50 per employee per month with annual billing (USD 4 to 5 billed monthly, excluding VAT); Enterprise has a custom quote. Data in Microsoft Azure in the EU, a data processing agreement with every customer. 21-day trial, no card. Made in Poland.
