Privaro makes a complex topic like AI governance surprisingly accessible. The dashboards give you a clear view of AI activity, sensitive data and risk, while the protection happens without requiring users to completely change the way they work. I especially like how easy it is to understand what is happening with company data.

The architecture is one of the strongest aspects for me. Privaro acts as a control layer between enterprise applications and AI models, allowing sensitive information to be detected and protected before model ingestion. Policy enforcement, pipeline controls and auditability are integrated into the same workflow, which is particularly useful for regulated environments.

We use Privaro to protect personal data in our AI-powered customer support chatbot. Before Privaro, we had no real control over what left our systems when the chatbot processed conversations that often include names, emails, and identity details used to verify authorship claims.
What we liked most: reversible tokenization. Most PII tools just redact data, which breaks the chatbot's ability to actually reference user details mid-conversation. Privaro tokenizes it, lets the model work normally, and restores the real data in the response — so nothing changed in how our support flow works, but now every interaction is protected and logged.
Setup was straightforward, and having an audit trail we can actually show if a customer or regulator asks "what did the AI see" gives us real peace of mind, not just a policy document.
Thanks, this is exactly the shift we're trying to enable — moving governance from a policy document nobody checks to something operational that runs on every interaction. Visibility is the part that's hardest to retrofit once teams already have AI in production, so we built Privaro to give that from day one rather than after the fact. Really appreciate you calling that out.
