What is Price2Table?
Price2Table converts PDF price lists, product catalogues, invoices and bank statements into Excel or CSV.
Most PDF-to-Excel tools treat any document the same way. This one is built around a narrower problem: supplier documents, where every supplier uses a different layout. Column orders differ, headers get merged, article numbers turn up in odd places, and plenty of price lists are printed with no table borders at all. A generic converter will hand you a file, but cleaning it up often takes as long as retyping would have.
What it does differently:
• Remembers each supplier. Map the columns once, and the next file from them converts on its own. • Finds columns by how the characters line up rather than by ruled lines, so borderless tables work. • Reads scans and phone photos. OCR covers Cyrillic along with the main European languages. • Joins tables that run across several pages into one list, dropping the repeated headers. • Takes up to 10 files at once, exported together or one by one. • Lets you correct individual cells before exporting. • Exports to Excel (.xlsx), CSV or Google Sheets.
Pricing is pay-per-use rather than a subscription. Page packs are bought once and never expire. Three pages are free, no registration needed.
