What is PrestoCal?

Scheduling a meeting with more than three people usually means a long email thread. PrestoCal replaces it.

You propose up to 10 possible times and invite participants by email. Each person opens their personal link and ranks the options: 1 for preferred, 2 or 3 for acceptable, or ✕ if they can't make it. Participants don't need an account, and times are shown in each person's own time zone.

When everyone has responded, PrestoCal scores the rankings, confirms the best slot and emails the whole group with add-to-calendar buttons (Google, Outlook, Apple). Mark key attendees as priority and their availability counts for more: a time they can't make is never chosen. If no time works for the group, nothing is booked and you're prompted to propose new ones.

Also includes recurring meetings, saved invitee lists, one-click reminders for people who haven't responded, and custom branding on paid plans. No ads. Free for your first 3 meetings; paid plans start at €2.99/month.
