What is PressCal?
PressCal is a web platform for small and mid-size print shops that combines estimating, quoting and PDF imposition in one workflow. You upload the customer's PDF, pick a sheet and a press, and PressCal computes the cost and exports the imposed, press-ready PDF — booklet, N-up, step-and-repeat, cut & stack, gang run and work-and-turn/tumble layouts, with creep compensation, bleeds and crop marks. Because imposition and costing share one engine, the sheet count you quote is the sheet count you print.
Around the calculator it covers the rest of the shop's day: customers and quotes, a job board, Gmail integration that files emails and attachments per job, invoicing integration, and a Windows companion app (PressKit) that organizes job folders on the shop's own disk. Available in English, Greek, Spanish and Italian.
