What is Prayaya V3?
Not only a portable launcher, but also a mini virtual operating system. Prayaya V3 could be installed on any USB device or local harddisk. It helps you take your favorite applications, setting and data with USB device and use on any PC. You could install any standard Windows applications without having to make any modifications to them. This means that you could make any applications to be portable.

It says it requires 15.71 MB to install, but I believe that 15.71 GB is meant, as it wanted to install only on my USB drive which I'd be afraid of overwriting. If you decide to try it, I recommend using a blank USB vs risking info.
I enjoy apps that allow you the ability to innovate.
Nice looking app. Unfortunately it doesn't support Win7 64bit and won't run in compatibility mode on it either.
