PowerShell Server Alternatives

    PowerShell Server is described as 'Easily install and configure an SSH 2.0 server that gives you the ability to manage Windows remotely from any SSH client, add an SFTP Server to Windows, and secure local resources for remote access' and is an app in the File Management category. There are nine alternatives to PowerShell Server for a variety of platforms, including Windows, Linux, iPhone, BSD and Cygwin. The best alternative is OpenSSH, which is both free and Open Source. Other great apps like PowerShell Server are Bitvise SSH Server (WinSSHD) (Free Personal), Syncplify.me Server! (Paid), FreeSSHd (Free) and Buru SFTP Server for Windows (Free Personal).
