Pola Baby

Pola is a baby tracker that keeps feeding, sleep, diapers, growth, health, medicines and meals in one clear daily journal.

It is designed for the first months with a baby, when small details such as the last feed, nap duration or number of diapers can be surprisingly difficult to remember.

EVERYDAY CARE

• Feeding — track breast milk and formula amounts, feeding times and daily totals. Pola can show progress toward the daily feeding goal and the time until the next feed. • Sleep — start a sleep timer, edit entries later if needed and see total sleep for the day. • Diapers — record wet, dirty or mixed diapers, including separate amounts. • Growth — track weight and height and view changes on charts. • Health — record temperature and symptoms. • Medicines — save medicine names and doses. • Solids — record new foods, textures and the baby's reactions. • Reminders — create reminders for feeds and medicines.

DAILY TIMELINE

Every entry is placed on a chronological timeline. Parents can open any previous day and see feeds, sleep, diapers, health events and meals in order.

The home screen also shows feeding progress and the estimated time until the next feed.

WIDGETS AND LIVE ACTIVITIES

Widgets can show the next feed, feeding progress and other daily information without opening the app.

On supported iPhones, an active timer can also be displayed as a Live Activity on the Lock Screen.

SHARED CARE

Pola Plus allows another parent or caregiver to join the same baby journal.

Entries synchronize between devices, helping caregivers see what happened before they took over care without relying on messages or handwritten notes.

PEDIATRICIAN REPORTS

Pola Plus can generate a PDF report for a selected date range and selected categories.

The report can include the baby's daily timeline, feeding, sleep, diapers, growth, health and medicines, making it easier to prepare information for a pediatrician visit.

OFFLINE SUPPORT

Pola continues to work without an internet connection. Entries are stored locally and synchronized when the device is online again.
