PlayCap has been discontinued. Similar apps include Wireshark, which is free and open source. Other options are tcpdump, NetworkMiner, PCAPdroid and Impacket. There's no shortage of Network Analyzers like PlayCap, with more than 25 alternatives for Windows, Linux, Mac, Android and self-hosting.
