What is Piru?

Piru is a dose journal, session notebook and offline pharmacology reference library. Record what you took, when and how much, then keep timestamped notes, mood and intensity ratings beside the timeline. Routines, reminders, supply tracking, a medication calendar and exports help organize the record.

The journal stays on your device. Optional encrypted backups are available. The app supports English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese, including its reference library.

Piru is free and open source under GPL-3.0. Public builds are available for iPhone (iOS 26 or later, TestFlight), Mac (macOS 26 or later) and Android (Android 9 or later, ARM64 alpha).
