What is Photo Collage?
PhotoCollage is a Windows photo editing software that allows you to create photo collages very easily. It has many features such as the insertion of personal images, the creation of customizable texts and the possibility of making brush drawings. Each image can be cropped with the ability to adjust brightness, contrast, saturation, transparency or tint. Outline mode allows you to apply rounded corners to your images with, if desired, a colored border and shadow. You can also add many fully customizable photo effects such as blur an image, pixelate it, color it, apply a sepia / black and white / negative filter to it.
