What is PhCNC LSSE?
PhCNC LSSE is a Windows PCB CAM application for preparing printed circuit board projects for CNC milling and prototyping.
It imports Gerber RS-274X, Excellon Drill, ODB++ and DXF manufacturing data and provides tools for arranging, editing, cloning and panelizing PCB projects.
PhCNC LSSE can generate toolpaths for isolation milling, copper rubout, drilling, routed holes, PCB contour cutting, masking drilling and stencil milling. Multiple tools can be assigned to machining operations, allowing larger tools to be used where possible and smaller tools only where required.
The software generates configurable G-code, including G1 linear moves and G2/G3 circular interpolation, and includes an integrated CNC simulator for inspecting and simulating generated machining programs before export.
Multiple PCB designs can be combined in a single project, making it possible to prepare mixed or repeated boards for CNC production.
PhCNC LSSE includes an Evaluation Mode with no time limit. Project preparation, toolpath generation and CNC simulation can be evaluated without a license, while exporting production G-code and other production output requires a commercial license.
