I’m happy to add my support here for Peergos. It is a platform that combines end-to-end encryption and zero-knowledge architecture. You keep the control of your data. Built on decentralized tech, self-hostable. Compared to centralized servers Peergos comes with security and avoids censorship. As an open-source I like it for its transparency. Peergos also does not need to use domain names. Its custom apps (think Android-like apps.) are sandboxed and you can create them. You stay safe. Hosting of simple websites is possible. Need a shared calendar that’s actually private? Peergos has it. This software is actively developed, they hear what users say. I believe in its future a lot. It has been my cloud solution for years now. Also Peergos lets you migrate all your data (even your login data) anytime. If you believe in digital freedom, give it a try.
I absolutely love this software. It has a group of dedicated, highly educated and experienced developers who work very hard. They are also enthusiasts who love freedom and friendly people who dislike the way how social meda operate nowadays. They are trying to create a product which takes the best from social media, storage platforms and other online content. Their project will help you to be free on the internet once again. Despite the fact, that you can use the product on your own hardware, the fee they ask for 50 GB on their own server is very acceptable. And you are not getting just space for your data, but something very unique and beautiful. You can create your own community, share your data, thoughts and be very safe. The security they use aims to resist even quantum computer. Data is stored the way you may consider to be safe like it would need to be protected for military purposes. The way how they access it is unique and independent on DNS. They are leaking no metadata, they collect no info on stored files, users are owners of their usernames forever. The service has its own videoplayer, calendar, notes and there is much more yet to come. If you love freedom of speech, if you do not want to give away your data to big tech, if you prefer not to be censored/banned, check this out. Get an PRO account, learn more about Peergos and spread the word! 5 starst, would give 10 if possible.
Hmm, sound like, idk, a dev reviewing its own software? Lmao
