PC AutoPilot

PC AutoPilot automates routine Windows maintenance on a schedule — file organization, recorded task macros, duplicate detection and cleanup — as a one-time purchase rather than a subscription.

The dashboard — system health at a glance, one-click actions, and a running log of everything the app has done.

What is PC AutoPilot?

PC AutoPilot automates the routine Windows maintenance most people intend to do and never get around to. Instead of another utility you have to remember to open, it runs on a schedule you set.

WHAT IT DOES

  • Macro recorder: perform a repetitive task once and replay it on a hotkey, on a schedule, or when a file lands in a watched folder. No scripting required.
  • Self-sorting folders: Downloads and Desktop organised into folders by file type, automatically.
  • Scheduled maintenance: clears temporary files, caches and leftover clutter on a schedule you choose.
  • Duplicate finder: compares files by their full contents, not just name or size, so it only ever suggests genuine duplicates. It refuses to scan Windows and program directories.
  • System monitor: CPU, memory, disk and battery, with alerts when something needs attention.
  • Simple mode and Power mode: the same app, with the technical detail hidden or exposed.

HOW IT HANDLES YOUR FILES Recoverable deletions go to the Recycle Bin, and the duplicate finder warns you before any delete Windows cannot recycle. It asks before the first cleanup and refuses to touch Windows and program directories. When it cannot free something because Windows is holding the file open, it says so rather than quietly reporting a bigger number than it delivered.

There is no registry cleaner in PC AutoPilot — cleanup only ever deletes files. The only registry it writes is the standard start-with-Windows entry, and only when you turn that on.

PRIVACY AND TRUST No account required. No telemetry by default. Crash reporting is opt-in. The installer is EV code-signed by PC AutoPilot LLC.

PRICING Solo is $29 once for one PC, movable between machines. The Family Pack is $58 for three separate keys. No subscription. A 14-day trial runs without a credit card, and there is a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64-bit.
