Parendi is a personal finance app for the Mac. Export a statement from your bank as camt.053, OFX/QFX, CSV or Excel, drop it in, and every transaction is sorted into a category: first by what you decided before, then by your keywords, then by Apple's Foundation Models on your Mac. Out come your savings rate, spending per category, fixed costs, net worth and FIRE number. A cash flow diagram shows, for any year or month, where the money came from and where it went, with fixed costs as a step of their own. A credit card is counted once, not twice, because the payment of the card bill is recognised as a transfer.
The app has no network access at all: no account, no cloud, no bank login, no analytics. Everything stays in one file on your Mac.
It speaks seven languages (English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Japanese). Eleven countries start with a template of their own, with local merchants as keywords and the local pension products in the FIRE calculation: Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, the UK, the US, Brazil and Japan. Currency and number format come from your Mac.
Free to download. The 30-day trial starts with your first import, and when it ends the app turns read-only instead of locking your data away. The full version is a one-time purchase, priced per storefront: $34.99 in the US, £34.99 in the UK, CHF 30 in Switzerland, €34.99 across the euro zone. No subscription. macOS 26 or newer.
