      This alternative is disputed. Paragon NTFS for Mac OS X is still a legitimate alternative to Paragon ExtFS, but it might have issues that some users think are important.
      Paragon ExtFS allows r/w access for drives formatted as ext2, ext3, or ext4. Paragon NTFS is for r/w access for NTFS formatted drives. The two are not interchangeable at all, let alone a good alternative to one another.

      FUSE, along with ext2fuse and ext4fuse, is the only alternative to Paragon's extFS for Mac. Unless Tuxera comes out with something.
