I had 505 contacts in Outlook, installed this application and tried to sync it to my google account. It did not work with default options, showing some strange error. After I checked "Use Google native API" (which was not default) it partially worked: about 460 of my 505 contacts were copied to my google account. No errors was shown. Version 3.6.2.0. Outlook 2010 32-bit.
