Does it update itself to a newer versions? Because the setup file contain version 56.0.2924.90 from 2017 (in 7-zip the newest date is Nov 2019). Also the warning about adware seems to be outdated (installer looks different).
Maxthon Nitro was fastest browser I ever seen (Nitro has score 177 ms in SunSpider 1.0.2 benchmark vs. 239 ms in all Chromium/WebKit based browsers). This Orbitum is nearest substitute of Nitro after my not-so-short testing.
