What is Optiway?

Optiway is route optimization software for last-mile delivery. It combines a dispatch platform that runs in the browser with a free driver app, so planners and drivers work from the same routes.

Dispatchers import stops from a spreadsheet, optimize multi-stop routes in one click, and split the work across drivers. Optiway plans up to 200 stops per route and re-optimizes when conditions change during the day. Time windows, stop priorities and custom stop durations are supported, and every stop gets an estimated arrival time.

Drivers get their stop list and turn-by-turn navigation on the phone, and can capture a signature or photo as proof of delivery. Dispatchers see driver locations in real time, track completed stops, and export route reports.

Pricing does not depend on how many drivers you have. Every plan, including the free one, comes with unlimited drivers and dispatchers, and you pay for the number of stops you plan. A separate mobile-only subscription is available for independent drivers who do not need the dispatch platform.

Optiway suits courier services, grocery and food delivery, furniture and pharmacy delivery, field service teams, and small businesses that run multi-stop routes every day.
