Optionscanner

Optionscanner is an options analytics platform built on one premise: the desk should show its work. It screens for defined-risk structures such as credit spreads, debit spreads, iron condors and covered calls, plans the trade with every input visible, and checks each entry and exit against a rule set the user adopted, naming the rule that fired on the card. The methodology is public, one page per engine component with thresholds quoted from the code as deployed, including NVRP, the volatility gate used in place of IV rank, and a calibration report that scores the engine's own probabilities against what happened. Market data comes from the brokerage account the user connects; earnings dates come from SEC EDGAR filings and are published weekly at no charge. A paper trading agent runs the rules unattended in a paper account. In a live account, no order is placed without the user's click. Optionscanner makes no performance claims.
