What is OpsDash?
OpsDash is a server monitoring, service monitoring, database monitoring, app metric monitoring and uptime monitoring solution for monitoring MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Docker, Memcache, Redis, Apache, Nginx, Elasticsearch and more. It provides intelligent, customizable dashboards and rule-based alerting and notification via email, HipChat, Slack, OpsGenie, PagerDuty VictorOps, and Webhooks. Send in your custom metrics with StatsD and Graphite interfaces built into each agent.

Agent installation was quick. Setup server monitoring and PostgreSQL monitoring with no trouble. Clean UI, nice dashboards. Useful alerting options. Going to try using StatsD built into the agent for monitoring my app metrics next. Would definitely recommend giving it a try if you’re looking for something that covers all the bases but won’t take a ton of your time to setup. Pricing is also quite reasonable.
Easy to setup. Can monitor servers and databases. Custom metrics (app metrics) can be sent via statsd and shown on custom dashboards. Good set of alerting options.
