What is OpenVoiceFlow?

OpenVoiceFlow is a free, open-source macOS dictation app. Hold the Fn key, speak, and release to paste transcribed text into any app. WhisperKit runs speech recognition on the Mac, so audio stays on-device. Optional cleanup can polish grammar through a configured cloud provider or a local Ollama model; cleanup is off by default. It includes live transcription feedback, a personal dictionary, snippets, per-app writing styles, a signed and notarized universal build, and automatic updates. No account, telemetry, subscription, or paid tier.
