OpenVGal information
What is OpenVGal?
OpenVGal is a browser-based 3D virtual gallery for painters, photographers, digital artists, and curators who want to own the exhibition, not rent it.
Organize images into folders — one folder per room — drop them into the builder, and get a live 3D preview with artwork placed automatically. No 3D modeling, no install, no account to try it. When you are done, you download a ZIP of plain HTML and JavaScript that runs on any web server. The engine is MIT-licensed, so you can use it commercially, modify it, and keep the galleries if a hosted service ever disappears.
Building and exporting stay free. Paid plans exist only if you want a permanent hosted URL and storage. It is built for large portfolios, not only ten-artwork demos.
It does not include a shop, AR wall preview, or VR headset mode. If you need those, a commercial platform may fit better. If you need a gallery you can pack up and move, this is the alternative to locked-in virtual exhibition tools.
