What is OpenTV-Remote?

Free and open source, under the MIT License. Anyone can use, modify and share it. No subscription, ads or account required.

A phone remote with automatic network discovery, saved TVs and capability-aware controls. Android uses Kotlin / Jetpack Compose (Android 9+, debug target API 34). The iPhone app uses native SwiftUI (iOS 17+) with the same remote, editable grid, eight visual templates, independent hand preference, accent colors and shortcuts.
