Ocufuse

Ocufuse is a screen-break timer and journal for tracking eye comfort, sleep, and screen time. Its free timer follows the 20-20-20 rule by default, requires no account, and provides a 30-second break notification with postponement. Postponing a break does not alter the schedule for later breaks. It also includes a meeting pause, animated break guides, and custom reminders such as drinking water or standing up.

The journal records daily eye comfort, sleep, and screen time, and supports dated eye photos taken under consistent lighting. A one-page summary can be brought to an eye-doctor appointment. Ocufuse also includes visual games plus comfort and posture routines for breaks. It is a journal and habit tool, not a medical device, and does not diagnose or treat conditions.
