What is Nutrion?

Nutrion is a calorie and nutrition tracking app that identifies food from photos and estimates calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat. Entries can be confirmed or corrected before being added to a food diary. It also includes barcode scanning for packaged products, water and exercise tracking, weight history, progress charts, and calorie targets calculated using the Mifflin-St Jeor formula.

The app sends the selected language and region with food photos to help identify regional dishes and show their names in the user's language. It supports 11 languages, including right-to-left interfaces for Arabic and Hebrew. Its recipe chat suggests dishes from a user's cuisine that fit a target.

Photo-based nutrition values are estimates and may not account for details such as absorbed cooking oil. Nutrion is not a medical tool.
