I love nuBuilder. It allows you to create online applications very quickly. It includes user management, permission groups, reports and much more. In addition, the functionality can be extended with PHP and Javascript. With CSS you can also customize the look as it suits you.

Pros

Elegant, powerful, designed for the web but based on real database solutions. The 2 screen model is brilliant in it's simplicity. Easy to implement, drop downs and list boxes, and a drag and drop report writer make this a surprisingly sophisticated tool. The built in security model is easy to understand.

Cons

Not for slick image heavy designs. Best for real business solutions.

Summary

New in 2009 from nuSoftware of South Australia, this product is still maturing and building an active user community. I will be adding this to my tool belt along with Scriptcase by Netmake (Brazil), Concrete5 CMS (San Francisco, CA USA) and eFront LMS (Athens, Greece).
