Microsoft OneNote vs Notability opinions
Same draw and text anywhere functionality. It also supports PDF annotation and sync backup.
Onenote is not so intuitive. Its just awkward. And i dont know this yet but would bet you need good internet access to use it. Notability was easy first use if i remember right. Who are those clowns and why dont they have an android version yet???!!!!
OneNote is awful. I get especially annoyed that you can't really make the note full screen because the side panel with the notebook/section/pages is always there
The app OneNote is pretty close and would be a pretty good alternative but the web version is not the same thing and doesn't sync. If they could give all the features of both versions at the same time it would be a great alternative.
too simple and halfbaked on android
You cannot record your classroom session and have the notes you take appear as the professor is talking, you cannot search for words that you've taken, you cannot slip the screen (eg see the powerpoint on one side and take your notes on the other).
Handles PDFs by converting to screenshots, which eliminates all the advantages of the PDF format (text search, vectorial graphics, lightweightness...).
