    gscan2pdf is nicer to work with, seems to have more features. OCR in NAPS2 seem to be limited to only making PDFs searchable while gscan2pdf converted scans into text quite well.

    Scanner interface is much cleaner than NAPS2 while supporting nearly all the same functions. However Scanner lacks OCR support and command line operation which NAPS2 includes.
