What is Noisely?
Noisely helps product and customer success teams capture feedback that never reaches their inbox.
Most companies only see feedback that customers send directly through support tickets or surveys. But customers also talk about products on Reddit, G2, Trustpilot, Hacker News, app stores, Quora, and dozens of other places. That feedback shapes perception and buying decisions, but it rarely surfaces to the teams who need it.
Noisely connects to 12 sources and continuously monitors for mentions of your brand and keywords. When feedback is found, AI analyzes each mention for sentiment, urgency, and potential impact. Similar feedback is automatically clustered together so you can see patterns instead of one-off comments. Each mention is categorized into one of 12 types, including bugs, feature requests, UX issues, and praise.
Insights are pushed to wherever your team already works: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Linear, Notion, Asana, or Google Sheets. The platform also auto-generates a product backlog from clustered feedback, so teams can prioritize based on real customer voice rather than internal assumptions.
Setup takes 5 minutes. Add your brand, connect your sources, and feedback starts flowing within hours.
