NightEar

NightEar records the room all night with the phone next to the bed. In the morning it shows snoring and longer quiet stretches where no breathing sound was heard — the kind of moments people sometimes review when looking into possible sleep apnea.

You set how long a silence has to be. Every marked moment can be played back with a spectrogram. Results come only in the morning. It does not watch breathing in real time and gives no warnings.

Recordings stay on your phone, encrypted. No account. Not a medical device and does not diagnose apnea or any condition. If you are worried about sleep or breathing, talk to a doctor.
