What is nheko?
Nheko is a Matrix desktop client developed with Qt and C++20. It's being developed to improve its features and functionality. It currently supports end-to-end encryption, VoIP calls, user registration, room creation, joining and leaving, sending and receiving invites, and file and emoji transmission.
Nheko also allows custom stickers and emojis, replies with text and media, typing notifications, username auto-completion, message notifications, and message redaction.
Further, it offers read receipts, presence and status messages, basic communities support, a room switcher, and light, dark and system themes. It allows separate profiles creation via the command line. Nheko also provides a D-Bus API for third-party plugins integration, excluding Windows or macOS.

Comments and Reviews
I like nheko for its simplicity and the fact that it doesn't use Electron
finally, matrix but it doesn't eat my entire storage of ram. very cool.
