What is NetDoc?

NetDoc documents a small company's IT on its own server: devices and racks, VLANs and IP addresses, the full cable path from switch port to patch panel to wall outlet to end device, floor plans with outlets and access points, software licenses, contracts with notice periods, SSL certificate and domain expiry, an encrypted password vault, a knowledge base with checklists and an IT emergency handbook as PDF. Existing patch lists can be imported from Excel. It installs with docker compose and a setup wizard, supports two-factor login, Active Directory/LDAP and Microsoft login, and has a REST API and built-in backup/restore. All features are included in every tier and users are unlimited; pricing is a one-time payment based on the number of devices, free up to 25 devices. User interface in German and English.
