Nebulynk

Nebulynk is a self-hosted team communication platform combining chat, persistent voice channels and voice/video meetings. It includes AI-powered meeting transcription, structured summaries and searchable follow-up through Ask the Meeting.

Teams can use public and private channels, direct and group messages, file sharing, voice messages, reactions, reminders and full-text search. Designed for deployment on your own infrastructure, Nebulynk gives organizations control over their communication data while bringing everyday messaging and AI-assisted meetings together in one workspace.

License: Nebulynk is source available under the Business Source License 1.1 (BSL). It is free for personal use and for many organizations in production, while development, testing, evaluation and research are free for everyone. There are no feature tiers or feature paywalls: every user gets the same complete product. Larger commercial deployments and Nebulynk-specific managed services require a commercial license. Each released version converts to the Apache License 2.0 four years after its first public release.

AI: All AI features use BYOK (Bring Your Own Key). Administrators connect their own AI provider and pay that provider directly. Nebulynk does not charge an additional AI fee or lock AI functionality behind a premium plan. Provider keys are stored encrypted in the backend.
