• Add items from catalog to cart and create a quote or an invoice immediately
• Add payment terms, client notes & private notes to quotes & invoices
• Get customer approval on quotes via signature on iPad
• Generate PDF files for quotes & invoices and email it to customer
• Send online link for client payments (& approval)

Capture leads & projects:

• Capture leads on-the-move
• When a lead is closed, convert the lead into a project
• Capture notes associated with a project/lead

Manage expenses & income:

• Manage all general expenses & project/lead expenses from the App
• Track all income by tracking them against a project
