Muenzo, now called Noteey, is the best alternative to Milanote/Miro I could find.
As a solo game developer its open-endedness is such a valuable tool. Blocking out map layout ideas, throwing a bunch of ideas onto a board for later, planning out and visually seeing how each system interacts with one another, etc.
