Moralia

A daily game where a true story from history stops at a moral fork, and you choose what you'd do.

Each day starts with a short true story. Here, Florence Nightingale's numbers say something the legend doesn't.
The story stops at the fork. Two choices, each with the reasoning behind it. No right answer.

After you choose: how other players split, and what really happened. Here, Elizabeth I and the death warrant.

What is Moralia?

Moralia is a daily game for people who like history and hard choices, in the spirit of Wordle.

Each day, one short true story (Joan of Arc, Bismarck, Harriet Tubman, Elizabeth I...) stops at the exact moment someone had to decide. You pick one of two choices, then see what really happened and how other players chose. Everyone gets the same dilemma each day, and you can catch up on one missed day per day.

Over time, your answers are matched to the historical figure who chose most like you. Every story is fact-checked, each has a plain-language background note, and there's optional narration.

Free, no ads, no sign-up needed to play. Optional sign-in keeps your history across devices.
