Workprove (formerly Moralbox) is AI-powered skills, training and competency management software for organisations that have to prove their people are qualified for the work they do.

It brings training records, skills and competency matrices, eLearning and health and safety compliance into one system, so HR, L&D, Health & Safety, Compliance and Operations all work from the same live picture. Instead of chasing spreadsheets and paper certificates, you see at a glance who is trained, who is due, and who has expired — across every role, site, contractor and supplier.

AI does the heavy lifting throughout: reading and filing certificates, building courses and digital forms, drafting toolbox talks and risk assessments, and surfacing the compliance gaps that matter before an auditor finds them. Employees get self-service access to their own records and qualifications through the Workpass app, and every action leaves a full audit trail.
