What is Mongonaut?

Mongonaut is a modern, open source web interface for MongoDB.

It is designed to run close to your MongoDB infrastructure and gives developers, administrators and other team members access to databases through a browser instead of requiring a desktop database client on every device.

Mongonaut can be deployed using Docker and includes authentication, OpenID Connect support, database and collection level permissions, read only access and audit logging.

The interface allows users to browse databases and collections, search and filter documents, edit data, manage indexes and work with MongoDB aggregations.

Because Mongonaut is self hosted, organizations keep control over where the application runs and how their MongoDB instances are accessed.

Mongonaut is available under the MIT License.
