What is MirageCHAT?

MirageCHAT is a shared team inbox with an AI assistant for businesses that talk to their clients on messaging apps.

WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram and your website chat arrive in one inbox, where your team assigns conversations, adds notes and sees each client's full history in a built-in CRM. You can keep your WhatsApp number on the WhatsApp Business app and use MirageCHAT at the same time.

The AI assistant learns from your own website, notes and photos. Per channel it stays off, suggests a reply, or answers by itself, in the client's language, and hands the conversation to a person when the answer is missing.

Automations reply when a new client writes, when you are closed or when a message contains a word, at once or in several steps with waits, AI answers and a hand-over to the team. Comments from Instagram, Facebook and TikTok sit next to the messages, and a comment can bring a reply and a DM. Growth sends WhatsApp offers to the contacts who agreed, turns a post's comments into customers, and counts the sales each campaign brought. Instant Post publishes to Instagram, Facebook Pages and TikTok, and Insights shows how posts perform.

MirageCHAT runs on the web, iPhone, iPad and Android, and the phone app runs the whole workspace. There is a 5-day free trial with no credit card and no fee per contact. WhatsApp conversation fees are Meta's own, with no markup.
