midipiano.app shows your music as real engraved sheet music, the kind you'd read on paper, and listens while you play it. Connect a digital piano or keyboard over USB or Bluetooth and each note gets marked on the score as you go.

The practice tools are the ones you'd expect from working through a piece with a teacher: loop a passage between two markers, slow the tempo down, practice each hand on its own, or turn on wait mode so the score doesn't move until you find the right key. There's a graded catalog of exercises going from five-finger positions up to short pieces. You can also bring your own scores as MusicXML, MXL or MEI files and practice them the same way, measure by measure.

A daily challenge: a short piece every day, the same for everyone, in three difficulty tiers, with three attempts to sight-read it.

Everything runs in the browser. It works with any MIDI keyboard, including ones with light-up keys.
