MicroSIP is a free portable SIP softphone for Windows based on PJSIP stack. It allowing to do high quality VoIP calls (P2P or on regular telephones) via open SIP protocol. From cloud of SIP providers you can choose best for you, register account and use it with MicroSIP. You'll get free p2p calls and cheap international calls.

Simple, ease of use and open source
Very easy to use and minimalist SIP application. There are a lot of bloated and difficult to use SIP programs out there, and this is one of the few good options that doesn't have those problems.
Can't say enough good things about this application. It's small, works well, easy to use and actively maintained.
I went through a lot of crappy voip SIP softphones before unearthing this gem. Recommended.
