metItem is inventory and asset-tracking software for teams that manage tools, equipment, and stock — trades and contractors, warehouses, retail, offices, and small businesses.
Organize everything into folders, track quantity and value in real time, and find any item in seconds. Add items fast by scanning a barcode or snapping a photo, set low-stock alerts, check tools in and out to crews, and run a separate inventory for each truck, site, or location.
Beyond stock, metItem includes a full sales and purchasing workflow — customers and vendors, sales orders, invoices, sales receipts, purchase orders, bills, and payments — plus a Reports Center with sales, receivables, payables, and inventory-valuation reports and CSV export.
metItem works as a full web app and native iOS and Android apps that keep working offline and sync when you reconnect. Share inventories with your team and control who can do what. There's a free plan (no credit card); paid plans add more items, users, order volume, and financial reporting.
