Mealhive is a meal planner for households that already know what they like to cook. Save recipes from any website, an Instagram post or a TikTok by pasting the link, or snap a cookbook page or handwritten card, and AI turns it into a clean recipe with ingredients and steps. Put a few dinners on the week and the grocery list builds itself: ingredients merged across recipes, quantities added up, grouped by store aisle, and shared live with everyone in the household, with each item showing who added it.
The list stays short without an inventory to maintain. Items you mark as at home stay off it, and staples you always keep (salt, olive oil, rice) sit in a quiet group at the foot of the list until they are due. When there is no plan, "What can I make?" takes a photo of your fridge and suggests dinners from what is really there, your own recipes first.
Also: cook mode with the screen kept on and step timers, second-act nights (plan a leftover or a transformed dish before you cook the first meal), a starter library of 50 illustrated classics with step-by-step videos, and full English and Estonian.
Free plan: recipes, planning, the shared grocery list, cook mode and 3 AI recipe captures a month. Plus: €3.99 a month or €29 a year for unlimited capture, one plan for the whole household. Works in any browser and installs to the home screen (PWA) on iPhone, Android and desktop.
