What is MaxLauncher?
MaxLauncher is a simple tabbed launcher that was designed to reduce the amount of time to find and run a program. It is capable of creating multiple data files, each of which can have a maximum of 10 tabs. Each tab and button is assigned a key(eg. F1-F10, 0-9, A-Z, etc.) based on the current keyboard. Simply press the hotkey(eg. CTRL+`) to activate the program then press the key that corresponds to the program you want to run. MaxLauncher is a redesign of MadAppLauncher. A few key features such as the ability to delete a tab, support for themes, and portable use were added.

I have tested many launchers. But MaxLauncher is the best launcher out there and maybe the best launcher in the world.
The shortcuts are super effective. Because of this, all other launchers are not a alternative.
This is a very nice program. Use Drag n Drop mode, drag a shortcut and you've made a button. That's on the simple side.. I'm still learning. Trying this out as an alternative to ITop Easy Desktop because this is Open Source and Free.

I dont like it, it's too big, not really handy, i don't care about shortcut, skin is not really nice. In two word : heavy. I preferCLaunch.
This is a launcher of: files, argument/variables, folders and or web pages, 300 shortcuts (10 tabs max you label) per data file, meaning 1-tab/30-shortcuts = Max 10-tabs/300-shortcuts ) per data file. With a menu choice "Data", is where my pertinent alphabetized MaxLauncher innumerable data files are accessible/linked to within my folder full of MaxLauncher data files. Ten common shortcuts you specify will always remain at top of any menu of each data file of MaxLauncher.
